At Sculpt, your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe when you visit our site or use our apps.

  • Monitor and analyze usage to troubleshoot and enhance performance.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and login session, and to analyze site usage and performance. You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures - encryption, firewalls, and access controls - to protect your information. However, no method is 100% secure. Use caution when transmitting sensitive data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or correct your personal data.
  • Request deletion of information we hold about you.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@withsculpt.com.

7. Google User Data

Where a client asks us to manage their advertising or analytics, we connect to their Google accounts with their permission, using Google's official sign-in. This section explains exactly what that means, and it applies in addition to everything above.

What we access. Only the Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts a client explicitly grants us access to, and only the advertising and analytics performance data in them: campaigns, spend, clicks, conversions, search terms, keyword ideas, and website traffic reports. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any personal Google data.

How we use it. To produce that client's own performance reports, and to manage the advertising campaigns we run on their behalf. Nothing else.

How we store it. Access credentials are encrypted and stored on our own servers. They are never shared, never sold, and never written into any file or page a person can read. Performance figures are stored only for the client they belong to.

How we share it. We do not. A client's Google data is never combined with another client's, never sold, never used for advertising or to train any model, and never passed to a third party.

Revoking access. A client can disconnect us at any time, either by asking us or by removing our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request we delete the data we hold for them.

Sculpt's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date and post the new version here.
